To reduce energy consumption, our dryers are equipped with control and management systems for all operational phases, optimizing resource use and minimizing energy loss. Thanks to these solutions, Strahl dryers are able to significantly limit dispersion, waste, and consumption, greatly increasing the efficiency and sustainability of the processes.

Heat optimization and recovery

Many features on our fixed and mobile dryers allow you to make the most of the heat produced. Numerous models, for example, are equipped with thermal insulation such as glass wool, which minimizes heat loss and reduces the need for additional heating. Some models within the fixed dryer series are also equipped with systems for recirculating hot air that is not fully saturated with moisture, allowing it to be recovered and reused, resulting in significant fuel savings.

Controlled ventilation

The fans are the heart of the dryer. Each fan is designed and manufactured specifically for the dryer on which it will be installed. The blades are adjusted according to the machine’s specifications and the amount of air required for an optimal drying cycle. The full/empty ratio of each fan is always calculated based on the most important principle: achieving the machine’s best operating range.

Burners

The air vein burners on Strahl stationary dryers maintain a uniform flame along the entire width. Their special design ensures perfect temperature regulation and optimal drying without fuel waste.
