BIODRY is a series designed with a heat exchanger ideal for processing organic products. Thanks to a special stainless-steel exchanger, combustion air never comes into contact with the product, as it remains separate from the drying air. This preserves organoleptic qualities and prevents any type of contamination. The boiler structure is compact, while also minimizing atmospheric emissions and thermal energy loss.
No contamination occurs between the product being processed and the combustion gases.
Despite its compact design, the BIODRY series stands out for its ingenious engineering approach, which includes a large heat exchanger.
Grains, legumes, or seeds are kept in continuous motion to ensure uniform drying, which guarantees better preservation.
The dryer’s structure has been designed to maximize the exchange surface between hot air and the grain, allowing for unbeatable drying times.

The operating principle of these dryers is to keep the combustion air separated from the drying air that comes into contact with the grain. This ensures that product quality is not compromised.
The hopper allows product loading and provides an initial separation of unwanted materials and elements.
It allows the product to be loaded into the dryer hood.
Designed to transport the product upward, reintroduce it into the drying area, and then facilitate product discharge.
Dried grain can be discharged simply by gravity or, when no slope is available, using an auger equipped with an electric motor.
The heat exchanger separates the airflow used for fuel combustion from the drying airflow that comes into contact with the grain.
The fan draws air from the outside and, through the preheated furnace, transports it into the dryer hood to reduce the moisture content of the grain.
A device that removes impurities using a gravity ejection mechanism.
The electrical panel allows full management of all dryer operating processes.
Strahl mobile grain dryers can be equipped with a power take-off (PTO or driveshaft), electric drive, or a hybrid system, depending on user requirements.
Devices that measure and monitor the temperature of products during the drying processes.
Recirculation flows indicate the paths of cold air to hot air as it passes through the combustion chamber and into the dryer hood. Through micro-perforated plates, the hot air passes and dries the product.
