The continuous flow grain dryer

The FAV Series ensures optimal drying in a single pass. The wet product is fed into the top of the dryer, gradually descends through the column and is crossed by a flow of hot air, which allows moisture to be progressively removed. The cooling phase, which takes place in the lower part of the dryer, enables immediate long-term storage of the product.

Air intake
External air enters the dryer to be heated and support the process.

Hot air circulation
External air heated by the burner, flows throught the grain releasing internal moisture.

Exhaust air expulsion
Exhaust air is blown out from the dryer, as it is saturated with moisture from the drying process.

Product cooling
Once the final moisture is reached, the burner shuts off. External air flows through the grain, ensuring controlled cooling, which is essential for stabilizing the product and preparing it for extraction and storage.
