Born from a deep understanding of the needs of the agricultural sector, TURBODRY dryers have been designed to be efficient, robust, and easy to maintain and clean. Within the TURBODRY series, models differ in size, power, and maximum production capacity, and can also be configured with various construction options.
Drying capacity is maximized as all generated heat is directed toward the product to be dried.
The thermal capacity of the special refractory lining stabilizes the drying air temperature, ensuring optimal combustion and high energy savings.
Grains, legumes, or seeds are kept in constant motion to ensure uniform drying, which guarantees better preservation.
The dryer’s structure has been designed to maximize the exchange surface between hot air and the grain, allowing for unbeatable drying times.

The TURBODRY (AS) series is the Strahl Agrimec line of dryers that enables direct drying with preheated air inside a combustion chamber lined with highly insulating refractory material, maintaining constant temperatures and achieving very high energy efficiency.
The hopper allows for loading the product to be dried and provides an initial separation of unwanted materials and elements.
It allows the product to be loaded into the dryer hood.
Designed to transport the product upwards, reintroduce it into the drying area, and then facilitate product unloading.
Dried grains can be discharged simply by gravity or, if no slope is available, using a screw conveyor equipped with an electric motor.
The burner is the heat source that enables the drying process. Our dryers are equipped as standard with diesel burners, but on request, they can also be supplied to operate with methane gas or LPG.
The fan draws in outside air and, through the preheated furnace, directs it into the drying chamber to reduce the moisture content of the grains.
A device that removes impurities using a gravity-based ejection mechanism.
The electrical panel allows full management and control of all the dryer’s operating processes.
Strahl mobile grain dryers can be equipped with a power take-off (PTO/drive shaft), electric drive, or a mixed configuration, depending on the user’s needs.
Devices that measure and monitor the temperature of the product throughout the drying process.
The recirculation flow indicates the paths of cold air to hot air passing through the combustion chamber until it reaches the inside of the hood. Through micro-perforated plates, the hot air flows through and enables the drying of the product.
