Strahl dryers are manufactured using high-grade materials and superior finishing, with highly automated robotic technologies that ensure strength, durability, and optimal performance in every condition. Each structure is assembled and inspected in-house before delivery, guaranteeing maximum reliability.

Dryer Structure

Strahl dryers are engineered with meticulous attention to every structural detail.
The outer walls feature outward-facing flaps designed to drain water efficiently and prevent long-term corrosion. Inside, the surfaces are smooth to avoid product buildup. The unique sheet-metal configuration, combined with the use of Aluzinc for the exterior coating, is a distinctive hallmark of Strahl dryers — a symbol of durability that ensures excellent preservation both aesthetically and mechanically.

Earthquake-resistant protection

In large-sized dryers, a special anchoring system on a reinforced concrete base is provided to ensure resistance to the most extreme seismic events.
The entire structure can be equipped with special tie rods and fastening elements to keep the dryer firmly in position and protect the internal equipment.

Dust reduction

The ventilation chamber is designed with a low air-flow speed, allowing dust to settle instead of escaping. It is engineered to maintain the perfect balance between airflow and drying performance to achieve optimal results. The strategic placement of the fans also helps reduce dust dispersion.

Rain protection

The exterior panels are folded to prevent water stagnation and protect the machine from rust over time. Inside, the panels are smooth to avoid product accumulation.

Wind protection

The structure is engineered to be highly resistant not only to external wind pressure, but also to the internal negative pressure generated during the unloading phase. This applies even to larger dryers.

Extraction device

The special shape of this component allows for a very fast product discharge while preserving its form and quality characteristics.

Inspection walkways

Each dryer is built with a series of walkways equipped with fall-protection barriers, allowing safe maintenance and inspection operations.
