The supporting frame is made of hot-dip galvanized structural steel, ensuring exceptional strength and durability. The panels are manufactured from steel coated with Aluzinc or Zinc-Magnesium, enhancing resistance to wear, weather exposure and operating conditions.
On the outside, they feature drip-control flaps for efficient rainwater drainage. On the inside, the surfaces are smooth and assembled coplanar to prevent harmful dust accumulation within the drying chamber.
The structure is designed to be installed on a reinforced, anti-seismic concrete foundation, ensuring stability and safety even in areas subject to seismic activity, in compliance with international standards.
The movement of grains during the drying process generates a significant amount of dust. To control emissions, our fixed dryers incorporate specific solutions:
• Product movement occurs during very short intervals to limit dust dispersion during loading/unloading phases.
• Airflow is interrupted during periods of greater product movement, when dust formation is most likely, in order to reduce its spread.
• The suction system can be equipped with an optional device that captures dust, concentrates it, and directs it to collection systems before releasing the air.
